Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately at vdshoppy@gmail.com with your order number and tracking ID. We’ll coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and contact details during checkout. VD Shoppy will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
