Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For damaged or defective product claims, you must provide a full opening video (from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the product condition). Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label.

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To process damage or wrong item claims, you must provide an unedited opening video showing the product as you unbox it. This video helps us verify the issue and resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
